REFUND POLICY

At Leventis Lifestyle, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it
• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In its original packaging
• With all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, faulty, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personal care products, including fragrances, oils, soaps, beard oils, and grooming products that have been opened, used, or unsealed
• Custom-made or personalised products
• Gift cards
• Clearance, sale, or promotional items
• Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without providing justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, with tags attached and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a faulty product, or a damaged item.
